Transforming Information and Learning Conference

Register now for the Transforming Information and Learning Conference which will be held at ECU’s Mount Lawley Campus on Saturday 11 October 2008.
 
The conference’s theme is Transformers: People, Places and Spaces.
 
The conference will be opened by Professor Tony Watson, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Health and Science, ECU.
 
Keynote speakers are Dr Marissa Wettasinghe from the National Institute of Education in Singapore and Associate Professor Matthew Allen from Curtin University of Technology. Barbara Combes of ECU will deliver the Anne Clyde Memorial Lecture.
 
A range of parallel sessions will also be presented on Saturday.
 
Two pre-conference workshops are available on Friday 10 October 2008. They will be held in the School of Computer and Information Science.
 
Conference registration includes a USB drive for proceedings, a light lunch, morning and afternoon tea, post-conference drinks.
