Bronwyn’s Library Blog

Who is Bronwyn of Bronwyn’s Library Blog?

Well I think I’ve always been a librarian.  Who else arranges their dolls in alphabetical order?  (Athough I suspect I wa playing “school” at the time!)  Libraries are always home to me – either a home away from home or as a workplace.

I’ve worked in public libraries, a special library, a university ibrary and a school ibrary … as a librarian, an “aide”, a technician.  I’m professionally quaified as a librarian (and an Associate o ALIA), but happy to work in any position.  The current one suits the school hours of my children – well it did until now that they are moving on to the next phase of their lives.

And as I decrease my hours at work outside home, I think it was to create my own library that I set up the Pivotal Network.  You can visit the home page at   There are pages relating to libraries beginning at and you will find library quotes at

There are also pages relating to books and reading starting at

See you there!

One Response to “About”

  1. Hi Bronwyn, I have so enjoyed looking through your site and particularly learning about the Kidz Book Club in Australia. Thanks for posting that.

I am an Australian author and I run a blog called Kids Book Review I would be absolutely delighted if you could share it with your readers. I am keen to feature the work of new artists, illustrators and amateurs, including children. I also seek children and adults to review books.

One day, I hope the site will become a great resource for schools and book lovers.

    Wishing you continued success!
